Terri Kitchens is an excellent salesperson. I used her previously and she originally sold that property. She knows the market & know the properties that are suitable for her clients. I would rate her knowledge and effectiveness excellent & effective. She kept me informed even when I was out of town and very prompt in returning my calls. The advertising was excellent and I was informed where the ads were placed and when. She is very professional in her work and knows how to close a deal and able to overcome all obstacles.
